Orders are carefully packaged by a member of our team with protective shipping materials to help ensure your order arrives safely. All orders come with a tracking number so you can track it along the way. Please see our FAQ page for details as to order processing and shipping timelines.

Returns are accepted on new/unused products within 14 days from the shipment date as long as you have contacted us ahead of time so we are aware of your needs.  Returns that meet the above criteria will be refunded via store credit.
