Orders are carefully packaged by a member of our team with protective shipping materials to help ensure your order arrives safely. All orders come with a tracking number so you can track it along the way. Please see our FAQ page for details as to order processing and shipping timelines.

Returns are accepted on new/unused products within 14 days from the shipment date as long as you have contacted us ahead of time so we are aware of your needs.  Returns that meet the above criteria will be refunded via store credit.

Buyer pays shipping of items back to our store unless there was a mistake made on our part. Please see our FAQ page for the address to ship your return to.  If you have any questions feel free to contact us.
